Frequent questions and answers concerning EZ Clean Eats

All orders must be placed by Thursday at 11 pm to receive your meals the following Sunday.

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds will be given once your order has been submitted.  Perhaps you could freeze the meal for a later date, gift them to a loved one, or we can deliver them to a shelter of our choosing in your name.

You can request to have the meals delivered to a neighbor or another location in the delivery area.  If we are unable to reach you at your listed number at the time of your delivery, it will be your responsibility to schedule a pickup or a re-delivery for a $15 fee.  If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we will donate your meals to a local charitable organization.  We will make every effort to contact you before making a donation.

Our delivery area is a 20-mile radius of our mailing address:  5284 Floyd Road SW, #1675, Mableton, GA 30126.  If you are outside this radius, we may be able to deliver to you for an additional fee.  Contact us for more details.

Sorry.  Due to the nature of our business, we cannot alter the recipes.  You are free to choose from the other choices offered each week.

Yes!  Just tell your friend to let us know you referred them, and you will receive a delicious dessert for four with your next order.

All meals are prepared at PREP, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.

Meals are delivered on Sunday between 1 pm and 7 pm.  We will give you a 2 to 3 hour window for your Sunday delivery on Saturday so you can make arrangements.

We will notify you as soon as possible if your meal delivery will be delayed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Not at this time. We may add a subscription option in the future, but presently, you choose which weeks you want to place an order.
